These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Velez 3D Shop (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products sold by Velez 3D Shop are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

2. Order Acceptance & Approval

An order is not considered accepted until payment is received and production has begun. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, dimensions, spelling, and specifications prior to production. Once approved, no changes can be made.

Velez 3D Shop shall not be held liable for errors, defects, or dissatisfaction arising from customer-approved designs or information provided by the customer.

3. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting images, designs, files, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights or have legal authorization to use such content.
The content does not infringe upon any intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velez 3D Shop from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from customer-provided content.

4. Color, Finish & Material Disclaimer

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, slight variations in color, finish, texture, layer lines, and dimensions may occur. Color representation on screens may differ from the final printed product.

Such variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and shall not be considered defects.

5. Production Time

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Velez 3D Shop shall not be liable for delays caused by production volume, material availability, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders may not be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Refunds or replacements, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Velez 3D Shop.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Velez 3D Shop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

9. Intended Use & Limitation of Liability

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are intended for decorative or personal use only. Velez 3D Shop makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velez 3D Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velez 3D Shop, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our products, website, or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All original designs, content, product images, and website materials are the exclusive property of Velez 3D Shop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law
